Information about canceling orders and requesting refunds
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
To Cancel an Order:
- Log into your account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Order"
- Or contact us at support@apsox.com
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return instead.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds for eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Eligible for Refund
- Defective or damaged items
- Items received that differ from description
- Items not received (after investigation)
- Duplicate charges
Not Eligible for Refund
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
- Digital products that have been downloaded
- Custom or personalized items
- Items without proof of purchase
Refund Process
Request a Refund
Contact us at support@apsox.com or use the return form in your account.
Return the Item
We'll provide a return shipping label. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
Inspection
We'll inspect the returned item within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method:
Credit/Debit Cards
5-10 business days after approval
PayPal
3-5 business days after approval
Bank Transfer
7-14 business days after approval
Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or financial institution.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for items that are:
- Used but still in good condition
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Returned after the 30-day window but within 60 days
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you before processing.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Free return label: Available for eligible returns within the first 14 days
