We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Express Shipping

2-3 business days • $15.00

Overnight Shipping

Next business day • $35.00

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Shipping destination and distance
  • Weather conditions and natural disasters
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. However, we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to:

  • Extended delivery times (10-21 business days)
  • Additional shipping fees based on destination
  • Customs clearance delays

Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. We cannot control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please take photos of the damaged package and items before contacting us. We may require these photos to process your claim.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or provide a secure delivery location.
